Casa Networks software ag is an independend Swiss company, focussed on building and real estate IT-solutions. As a team of architects and software-experts, we are well connected to this economic sector, and know the specific tasks, requiered with building information.

Our relationship with customers and partners are characterized as intensive and collegial. Herein, we always focus on the targets, which we have defined together.

Our international team is trained to maintain required services without further notice, as well as take care, that all systems are running with customer's delight.

We are convinced that in building and real estate business, the 'leading information system' always has to be the drawing. This is the reason, why we built our information structure around the single CAD - object, representing the real object with all it's properties and, if necessary methodes.

Standing on a broad base of experiences and knowledge of the economic sector, and with the support of our strategic partners, we developed the first technology, capable of representation of the whole life-cycle online, specially with graphical support.

All of our developments are future-proof. Exclusively, we focus on web technologies, independent from files and programme versions. This way, we keep all information available within a simple browser.

The persons involved in the life cycle of a building are not necessarily acquainted with each other, nor do they work together closely. Usually, that means separated project phases with well known incompatibilities, redundancies, and loss of information during the communication processes.

Together with our partners from ComputerWorks AG, we maintain the CAD interface from Vectorworks to CN|3.

As a development partner of CRB, the 'Swiss Centre for Building Rationalisation', we develop a module for graphical quantity survey. Graphics are linked to standard specifications from CRB's catalogues. (SIA 451)

The concepts of DanyWaldner PE&M AG provide the basis for our project mamagement solutions.

BuCA Online supports our team with the development of modules for building calculations and submissions.

Together with the Swiss market leader in floor space management, CASA Networks offers the most powerful online CAFSM system available: VisiMove.

With VisualFM of Loy&Hutz AG, Germany, CN|3 offers all amenities of a graphically supported CAFM system. Together with Loy&Hutz, we maintain existing interfaces.

As a key-partner of cesah GmbH, the Centre of Sattelite Navigation in Heesen, Germany, we do research in indoor navigation within the European 'Galileo' project.

If you provide certain services or wish to enrich existing applications with web based, interactive vector-graphics, we have a fitting solution for you.

We support CAD suppliers developing interfaces to CN|3, so that the CAD application can provide online-available drawings.
